Composite Floor Deck
Composite Floor Deck is economical as well as practical. Floor Deck deep ribbed profiles and special embossments interlock with the concrete as it cures, combining the best of both materials into a single, tough-working building unit. It eliminates the need for costly labor intensive construction of temporary wood forms and shoring.

Button Punch Tool

Designed to form a dimple in a standing seam deck it can also be used to crimp the seam to facilitate seam welding.
Both jaws and lever arms are of aircraft quality, heat-treated, stainless steel. Each lever arm has a threaded hole to store a spare button die.

In an attempt to comply with new government ergonomic regulations the tool has been developed with height adjustable pivoting grip. This will reduce blisters and relieve stress on employee wrists, while improving productivity. These heavy-duty grips have been designed to withstand the harsh environment in which they will have to work. All metal parts have fully nickel plated to resist corrosion and to preserve your investment. To complete the assembly is a nylon bushing rated for outside service and topped with a high quality, heavy duty, vinyl grip. Depth of the dimple can be adjusted as the button die is threaded.

Pushing the handles out, closing the jaws on the seam operates the tool.
